What we collect

When you sign in, we store your email address and session information. Requests may include technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used for security and operation. Draft messages and selected profile/session information may also be stored locally in your browser.

Shopping information

Shopping features use the photos, preferences, measurements, messages, and feedback you provide to find and preview outfits. We store your profile, conversations, agent activity, saved listings, generated images, and review decisions in your account. These are not public gallery content. The service providers described below process information needed to perform your requests.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, account data, private files, and transactional email. Modal runs the shopping agent. Depending on the model you choose, Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter and its selected model host process conversations and images used by the agent. Free shopping uses OpenRouter. Google processes images and instructions for optional visual analysis and try-on generation. Search queries and listing requests are sent to Brave, RapidAPI/Poshmark, and, when used as a search fallback, DuckDuckGo. Pages and images requested during research are fetched from their publishers. Stripe and Metronome process payment and usage records. Card details are collected directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card number or security code. Google sign-in is optional. Information needed for these features is sent to the relevant providers, whose own terms and privacy policies apply.

Cookies and storage

We use essential sign-in cookies. The current site has no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Drafts can persist across reloads in this browser until sent, cleared, or removed by the browser.

Your choices

You can edit profile information in the app. Account settings provide a downloadable account ZIP and account deletion with email confirmation. For help with access, correction, export, or deletion, email support@wearwithpanda.com. Records required for payment, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may need to be retained. We do not sell your personal information.
