The service
Wear With Panda is an AI assistant for secondhand clothing research and outfit previews, operated by Adrian Smith.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and use an email address you control. Upload only information and photos you have permission to use. Do not use the service to access another person’s data, bypass usage controls, or run unrelated automated workloads.
Prepaid usage
Your balance pays for AI and service usage at 1.1× our usage-based costs. Fixed subscription costs for product search are not charged to your balance. You buy a balance before using paid shopping features. Clothing purchases, taxes, and shipping are separate. The purchase amount is shown before checkout. No subscription is required. Auto-recharge is optional, requires your consent, has a monthly purchase limit, and can be turned off in Balance.
Clothing and AI previews
Clothing purchases take place on the seller’s website under that seller’s policies. We do not sell or ship the clothing. Listings, availability, measurements, and prices may change. AI try-ons are illustrations, not guarantees of appearance, condition, sizing, or fit. Check the listing and measurements before buying.
Refunds and support
Unused prepaid balances can be requested for refund by contacting support@wearwithpanda.com. Consumed usage is generally not refundable, except where required by law or when we determine there was a billing error. Contact us about failed runs or incorrect charges so we can review them.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend misuse or security threats. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to future purchases.
